A young boy, reading about the saints, decided to become one. He picked a model and began to imitate him. The model he picked was Simon Stilotes who lived on a big pillar in the middle of the town square. The boy did not have a pillar, so he placed a chair in the kitchen and stood on it. His mother came in the back door and nearly knocked him over. He moved, but his sister needed to get to the sink, so he moved again. But his brother opened the refrigerator door and the chair slid. He moved again just as his father walked into the kitchen and knocked him from the chair. Picking up the chair, he walked out the door, muttering to himself, "It's just not possible to be a saint at home!"
